Find out what it must have been like to go cheese shopping in an ancient market while sampling some of Europe’s finest cheeses. The Dutch market life was fascinating to say the least; bidders traditionally competed for the products by clapping their hands and the deal was sealed with a stern clap.

Complete this charming outing with an incursion into the well-known windmill village of Schermerhorn. Admire with your own eyes the most famous icons of Holland. You have seen them a thousand times before on postcards and commercials, but here in Schermerhorn you can gawk at the real thing.
