Roquetas de Mar - Punta Entinas: A route designed to discover some of the great natural treasures of Roquetas de Mar. A two hour ride dune paths and , knowing the place and the nature reserve of Punta Entinas , with a tour around the old salt and charcón of Cerrillos , visiting places like the Tower of Cerrillos , Clams Channel or the Wheel of the old salt .
Along the walk you can see up to 20 different species of birds and natural habitats protected internationally known for its great ecological value. Bicycle access and small group eliminates any impact on them and does not cause discomfort to the animals. But also allows for a review of the recent history of Roquetas de Mar and the evolution of economic activity and its relationship with natural resources. Thus, besides the salt last, during the tour we speak the boom of agriculture under plastic and features Colonization and towns that attracted settlers from other places to live in the West. The tour ends with a visit to the town of Colonization of Alicante, where you can see the old church and one of the few such houses still surviving.
This route is affordable for everyone, walking in total just under 20 kilometers, of which but a small part at the beginning and the end, all roads run through without traffic. Therefore, it is recommended for families with children.
Roquetas de Mar - Past and Present: We have named this route because it combines both. This is a fun ride through Roquetas combining the most current and older origins. We begin our tour of the modern tourist developments, covering the urban area of the city, knowing historical buildings like the lighthouse or the Castle of Santa Ana, and iconic spaces like fishing port, modern buildings such as the Auditorium Theatre or the beaches La Bajadilla, The Romanilla or Las Salinas. The tour will also see the salt activity held until the late 80s, the ecological value of the Natural Monument Reef Posidonia and the archaeological site of Turaniana.
The route lasts about two and a half hours and is ideal for Roquetas de Mar manner, walking the streets in a safe, fun and fast way, avoiding congestion and traveling a great distance without much effort. The route runs mostly on bike paths.

Start/opening time: Hours vary throughout the year to suit the weather and daylight hours. The route in summer leaves at 9.00am in the morning and 6.30pm in the afternoon. In winter the routes leaves at 10.00am in the morning and 4.00pm in the afternoon.
End/closing time: In summer the return will be at 11 or 11.30am in the morning and at 8.30pm or 9.00 pm in the afternoon. In winter at it will be at 12.00pm in the morning and at 6.00pm in the afternoon.
Others: The routes include bicycle rental (they are models for walking and one size to fit all heights from 1.30), backlit helmet and reflective vest. In addition, one of our guides always takes a car with water, fruit, kit and tools to meet the needs in the way.
